There are all sorts of methods for producing invisible writing and it can make a fun investigation for S1/2 pupils – or anyone else.
This version uses everyday household chemicals. The 300mg aspirin and 200mg ferrous sulphate tablets are easily available at a low cost from chemists and washing soda, bleach and vinegar are inexpensively sources from local supermarkets.
