Electrolycra® is a stretchable fabric that has been sprayed with silver to make it conductive. One of its uses is in heated clothing. It lends itself to investigation. There are a number of experiments that can be done using standard equipment. Temperature experiments can be carried out using small probes, contactless IR thermometers or the local authority thermal imaging camera.
